Many of the people who visit me for hypnotherapy and Reiki in Manchester are keen to find out a little bit more about the therapies and how they work.  I’m happy to answer your questions by telephone or e-mail or during a free initial consultation for hypnotherapy in Manchester but, in the meantime, here are some links to information and websites that you might find useful.

The British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP – The BIH is a non profit association of hypnotherapists, psychotherapists and NLP practitioners.  They can help you find out more information about hypnosis in Manchester as well as providing information on useful books, CDs and websites to visit.

The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council – The CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners.  It works to ensure that anyone receiving hypnotherapy in Manchester, or elsewhere in the UK, receives the highest possible standard of care.  I am fully registered with the CNHC.  The website has some useful suggestions on what to look for when choosing a practitioner and an explanation of different complementary therapies.

The Institute of Leadership and Management – The ILM provides learning and development for today’s leaders and managers.  Hypnotherapy and Reiki can be great ways to relieve the stress of a demanding job and I also carry out hypnotherapy and Reiki sessions in Manchester for groups within the workplace environment.
