Yes. The Easibirthing (R) course was developed alongside UK midwives and is the ONLY independently accredited hypnosis for childbirth course in the UK.

Does it work?

I could point you towards all sorts of articles that explain what a wonderful experience hypnosis for pregnancy and birth can create, but I can also do one better than that by giving you my personal recommendation.

It was the experience of giving birth to my second child, a birth supported by hypnosis for pregnancy and childbirth, that first sparked my interest in hypnotherapy.  It’s hard to find the words to explain the wonderful feelings I cherish from that special time, but the positive strength I found made me determined to share what I’d experienced with as many mothers as possible.

Throughout your sessions we will focus on overcoming your specific fears and work on creating the birth you want.
